From gravy to hot fudge, the Server Twin FS 81220 3 qt. round topping warmer makes it easy to heat and serve a variety of sauces. Its twin design accommodates (2) 3 qt. jars (sold separately) or (2) #10 cans that sit in independent water baths, each wrapped with a 500W heating element. Each water bath is controlled with a front-mounted dial that adjusts the temperature between 100 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Because heat emanates evenly and is true to its set temperature, product won’t become scorched as the supply diminishes. Plus, the heating system brings product up to temperature quickly, making it excellent for retherm applications.
