To ensure durability in high-volume environments, the front, top, sides, and rear jacket of the Southbend ES/20SC MarathonerGold electric convection oven are constructed of scratch- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel. It features two compartments, each with five racks that can be rearranged to 11 arrangements. To simplify maintenance, it features plug-in, plug-out controls that can be quickly removed for service.

 

The interior of the Southbend ES/20SC double-deck convection oven is made of porcelain—a heat-resistant, nonstick construction that can be wiped clean. It’s also fitted with lighting, providing a clear cabinet view through the doors’ glass windows. This unit’s dependent doors open simultaneously with one hand using stainless steel handles that remain cool to the touch for safety and comfort.

 

This unit came out of a school and has been extremely well cared for.  Currently it sits as a 480V 3Phase unit which will be converted to a 208V Single Phase unit.
